Acceptable Clothing

Whilst at the Centre the children are able to experience a wide variety of activities, some of which can be messy. Aprons are provided, but at times they do not completely cover the child's clothing. Therefore, we ask that the child be dressed in easily washable and comfortable clothing.

Also, some of the children will begin toilet training at the centre, (in conjunction with home). so easy to remove clothing is advised. For example:- jogging bottoms or leggings. Dungarees and denims are hard for children to remove, especially when they need to use the toilet in a hurry!

Parent / Carers are asked to provide spare clothing
in case of accidents, to enable us to change the
child if they wet or dirty their clothing. We have
found that the children can become
distressed during changing, when the
clothing is not their own and therefore
unfamiliar.
